A miserable start to the day weather wise didn't harm the
scoring as Carl Sainsbury (Brampton Heath) fired a 67 (-3) to
win the Individual event with Simon Lilly (Wellingborough)
second with 68 (-2). European Tour member and former
Cherwell Edge member Gary Boyd came third with Host Professional
Jason Newman with 69 (-1). The Team event also went to
Sainsbury's team of William rice, Guy Loveland and Clark Stanley
just pipping on countback Nick Soto's team of Andy Myers, Harry
Larkin and Colin Eberall with impressive scores of 124 (-16).
Third in the team event went to Mike Gallagher's team of John
Whittaker, Matt Hodkiss and Bradley Wardell with 125 (-15).
